Returns Policy

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery. This must be in writing, i.e. e-mail, or by post.
You will then be allocated a RMA-Return merchandise authorization number. If we have already shipped your order, you will need to package the relevant item(s) and send them back to us at your expense, or make them available for collection by courier, again at your expense. If your order has not yet been shipped, but payment has been received, you will receive a full refund including shipping costs.
You must e-mail us at before returning goods and obtain a RMA-Return merchandise authorization Number. Please use the returns address label below.


Overseas customers MUST mark the package RETURN, otherwise duty will be charged and you will then be liable for those costs.
The goods must be returned to us in original condition and with the original packaging. You have a duty of care towards goods purchased which includes those being returned. This means that you must ensure that any goods being returned are packaged in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit.
On receipt of your returned goods, we will authorize a refund. Please allow a maximum of 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited to your account or a cheque to be received.

All goods must be returned in Perfect condition and we would advise that send you're item(s) recorded delivery so we are guarenteed to receive it as we do not accept responsibility for goods lost in the post .
