12 Month Return To Base PC Hardware Warranty

(Please note our standard warranty only covers hardware faults it does not cover software corruption, Viruses, Spyware, malware removal or any other software related issues not down to Hardware Malfunction) the standard warranty is however upgradeable to our Gold Warranty package for £59.95 covering you for virus removal and software problems up to 3 times in the warranty period

TFT Display Warranty

All Falcon Computers Supplied TFT displays are covered by a Manufacturers 3 Year Warranty unless otherwise stated, 1 Year Replacement Warranty followed by an Extended 2 year Collect and return repair warranty - Direct With the manufacturers Agents - Please see documents supplied with the TFT Display, Dead Pixels are rare but are not covered under warranty unless they surpass manufacturer regulations.
